The Defendant, as the Plaintiff

(a) Of the two floors of the building listed in the separate sheet, each point of the separate sheet Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 shall be in sequence.

1. On November 20, 2014, the Plaintiff indicated the claim that the portion of the real estate C as indicated in the attached Form was leased to the Defendant with the deposit of KRW 3 million, monthly rent of KRW 350,000,000, and the lease period of 12 months.

However, the defendant began to pay monthly rent from November 2015, and as of August 11, 2020, unpaid rent is KRW 8.4 million.

Therefore, the defendant seeks payment of the above real estate delivery and unpaid fees, such as the statement in the purport of the claim to the plaintiff.

2. Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
