A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On January 5, 2009, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 3 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), etc. from the Jeju District Court. On February 11, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in the same court.

[2] On April 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 21:45, at the Jeju City, driven a car for Cone Star while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 400 meters alcohol content 0.092% from the 400m section before the Jeju City to the road before the traffic hotel.
