1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and two months, and by imprisonment with prison labor for a year;
2.Provided, That this judgment shall not apply.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant A (one-person called "C"), and the defendant B (one-person called "D") are foreigners of the nationality of the Thailand, not persons handling narcotics.
A person other than a person handling narcotics shall not carry, possess, use, transport, control, import, export, manufacture, prepare, administer, give or receive, trade, arrange the trade of, or provide psychotropic drugs.
1. The Defendants’ co-principal
A.
