A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on February 28, 2019, sent out around February 28, 2019 and returned back to Seoul Go-gu and strings, etc., for whom living expenses are deficient, and for whom money and valuables were to be stolen in the multi-speaks room with vulnerable crime prevention.

1. Larceny;

A. At around 18:00 on March 9, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of the gap between the victim C and D, which was administered in the same room in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu B2; (b) the victim’s 150,000 won, in which the victim’s scams, Tituses, and clothes, and the victim’s market price is equivalent to KRW 600,000,000 (EOS Kiss x9) and the carmeras, respectively, located in the victim’s 150,000 won.

B. At around 02:00 on March 12, 2019, the Defendant dived with the victim G on March 12, 2019, Seodaemun-gu Seoul Seomun-gu E hotelF, Seoul, and the victim was divers, and the victim was diversed with 10,00 won in cash on the wall of the victim on the table, and 10,000 won in cash on the wall.

C. At around 01:00 on March 26, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by taking cash of KRW 10,00,00 and KRW 10,00,00,000, and KRW 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000

At around 17:00 on April 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim M and the victim N in the same room in cash from the handbag that the victim N left on the bed; (b) 200,000 won in cash from the handbag that the victim N left on the bed; and (c) 700 cash in cash from the handbag that the victim Mbag was located in the bed; and (d) 80,000 won in cash from the handbag in the bed.

E. On April 7, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00, at the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Mastropox, put the victim P and Q in a brux where the victim P and Q laid in a brush, laid in a brupt; (b) brought KRW 1 and 17,000 in cash from the part of the victim P and KRW 11,00 in cash from the part of the victim Q.
