A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around March 18, 2019, 201: (a) around 03:25 on March 18, 2019, the Defendant committed an assault against the Defendant in front of the apartment building of C, which is located in B, and received a report from the Defendant on the 112 report from C, and carried out a trial expense to E, who is a police officer belonging to the police station of the Pakistan Police Station, called up, and carried the chest part of the said police officer’s chest by hand, and (b) displayed the F, who is a police officer belonging to the same police station, who moved to the said apartment of C, and moved to the said apartment of the said police officer, carried the f, who was a police officer belonging to the same police station and moved to the same police station, and interfere with legitimate execution of duties concerning crime prevention and suppression.

2. Construction works for the construction or substantial repair of a residential building with a total floor area of 661 square meters or less in violation of the Framework Act on the Construction Industry shall be performed by a constructor, and no person shall lend his/her name or trade name to a constructor to receive a contract for construction works or execute construction works or lend his/her construction business registration certificate or construction business registration pocket book;

However, on July 10, 2014, the Defendant paid 2 million won in cash to a construction business operator, who is not a constructor, and submitted a report on commencement of construction works in the name of the Bank of Korea on August 21, 2014, and submitted a report on commencement of construction works in the name of the Bank of Korea on August 21, 2014, and constructed multi-household housing (the underground first floor, the fourth floor, the total of 13 households, and the total of 59.46 square meters) by H and I, which is the owner of the building from around that time to June 2015.
