On December 28, 2012, at around 23:26, the Defendant driven a B car while under the influence of alcohol 0.180% of blood alcohol concentration from a place where the trade name in the Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Governmentcheon-dong cannot be known to the Defendant from a place where it is impossible to view the trade name in the Guri-si, Gangdong-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the front road.
