Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 20, 201, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Suwon District Court on June 20, 201, and on August 20, 2012, the Daejeon District Court issued a summary order of KRW 5 million to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On September 10, 2015, at around 23:45, the Defendant driven B rocketing car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 500 meters from the 500-meter section to the front road of the sports park located in the same 2155.
