A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 2017, the Defendant is in office as the head of the general affairs and the head of the division (the head of the team) of the planning department (the head of the team) located in the Full-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu.

A supporters' association or a person delegated by a sponsor's association may collect political funds in exchange for a sponsor of a receipt of political funds, and no person who is not delegated by the sponsor's association shall raise any support fund.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without being delegated by the sponsoring Council on December 27, 2017, at around 11:46, against the heads of 20 branches, such as D, Nowon-ro Branch Office E, etc., from the general affairs department and office in charge of the above planning, requested cooperation in collecting political support payments, and the purport of the collection.

1. Representation of the doctor of an employee who fails to contact the individual relationship even though he/she wishes to donate a support fund to any local politician;
