Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On February 28, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a year and two months for a violation of road traffic laws in the Cheongju District Court's Assistance, etc., and eight months for a same crime in the same court on March 19, 2009, respectively. 1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a Cknife car.
