Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in driving a car in C. E. E. E. E. E. H.

On March 19, 2015, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 20:08, while driving the front of the road D at the time of racing, from the front side of the lusitality to the front side of the same sea.
