Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On December 9, 2011, the Defendant: (a) caused a drinking accident in the Donsan-si B district; (b) demanded the police officer to sign and seal a report on the detection of drinking drivers (number C) after the drinking test; (c) caused the appraisal on the ground that the police officer was prevented from smoking in the district; and (d) caused damage to public documents used by public offices in both hands and tearing.

[2012 high-level 129] The Defendant is a person who drives a DKakn-type car, and on December 9, 201, the Defendant driven approximately 500 meters from the day before the day of the mutually undeveloped drinking house located in the Escopic Dong in the Escopic Dong in the next city of the next apartment after the Escopic apartment in the same city, while under the influence of alcohol at around 0.132% of the blood alcohol concentration at around 21:00.
