Punishment of the crime

On January 27, 2017, at around 17:40, the Defendant driven B Poter truck under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.091% in a section of approximately 3km from the 3km to the road of Seongdong-ro 12, Cheongcheon-ro, Seongdong-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Ma-dong), in front of the trade name in Jyang-dong.
