The defendant is the manager of the second week.

On June 16, 2014, at around 00:50, the Defendant: (a) committed an assault, such as breathing the victim’s flaps, and breathing the victim’s right breath, on the ground that the victim D (nick, 30 years of age) flapss in the third floor B store; and (b) committed an assault with the victim’s hand, such as bucking the victim’s right bucks twice, glapsing the victim’s head, thereby making it impossible to know the treatment date.
