The punishment of defendants shall be four months in prison.

The execution of a sentence shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 20, 2019, at around 01:40, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol on the front of the YAB apartment Cdong, and the police officer E (the age of 23) belonging to the WA police station, who was sent to the site after having received a report on 112 that “any person was used on the road,” sent to the site, carried out the face of E on one hand with the floor of hand, stating that “I will see why is close, why is, and what is you see.”

The Defendant assaulted police officials E who perform the legitimate duties concerning the handling of the 112 reported case.
