Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

C The captain of 139 tons of W(139 tons, vessels) of W(139 tons, vessels) of W(139 tons, E is the captain of W(139 tons, vessel) of W(139 tons, vessel) of W(139 tons, vessel of 139 tons, and the owner of W(F).

As to the defendant's work, C and E, which is the employee of the defendant:
