Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 13, 2018, from around 19:00 to around 19:46, the Defendant: (a) expressed a voice with the larger voice, such as “Chewing baby, the same year of the dog, the customer’s king, and the customer’s king,” on the ground that the Defendant refused the victim’s request to provide alcohol from the victim; and (b) obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by avoiding the disturbance, such as taking the alcohol from the cooling place, taking the alcohol into mind, leaving the customers, thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant business by force.
