1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part against the Plaintiff corresponding to the following additional payment order shall be revoked.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is an insurer who has concluded a comprehensive automobile insurance contract with respect to C Vehicle (hereinafter “Plaintiff vehicle”). The Defendant is an insurer who has concluded a comprehensive automobile insurance contract with respect to D Vehicle (hereinafter “Defendant vehicle”).

B. (1) On August 24, 2018, the Plaintiff’s vehicle used the instant accident at the two-lane in the two-lane 3-lane 15:16, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si (hereinafter “instant road,” see the attached drawings). The instant road did not indicate the direction surface of the road.

(5) Due to the instant accident, the part concerning the fronter and penter of the Plaintiff’s vehicle and the left-hand part of the Defendant’s vehicle were destroyed.

C. On August 31, 2018, the Plaintiff paid KRW 294,300,000, which deducted the Plaintiff’s self-paid share of KRW 200,000 from the repair cost of the Plaintiff’s vehicle due to the instant accident.
