Basic Facts

A. From September 2013 to June 2014, the Defendant contracted for construction work as follows.

1) On September 9, 2013, the Defendant was awarded a contract for construction works for a new E company on the ground D, Kimhae-si, with the contract amount of KRW 415,00,000 (value-added tax separate) and from September 13, 2013 to December 31, 2013 (Evidence A No. 1 and hereinafter referred to as “instant First Corporation”).
