1. The Defendants:

A. On October 25, 2005, the Plaintiff 1/2 shares of each of the real estate listed in the attached Table 1 list to the Plaintiff A.

Facts of recognition

Defendant D’s association for reconstruction of a housing unit (hereinafter “Defendant association”) is an association authorized on July 27, 200 under the former Housing Construction Promotion Act in order to remove the housing units in the F of Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the D incidental Housing in G and reconstruct the apartment (16 households in the unit of the association members, 18 households in the unit of the general unit; hereinafter “instant apartment”) on the ground (hereinafter “instant reconstruction project”).

The Defendant Union reported on March 9, 2002 to implement the instant reconstruction project jointly with the initial Homan Construction Co., Ltd., but thereafter, the joint project undertakers were changed to the Incheon Pung Construction Co., Ltd. on October 30, 200 and the name of the Defendant E Co., Ltd. on March 15, 2005 again changed to H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant E”), respectively.

In around 2005, the share contract was concluded with Defendant E regarding the instant reconstruction project. Defendant E commenced the instant new apartment construction project from September 2005 and completed the construction of the instant apartment around May 2007.

With respect to the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 through 3 (hereinafter referred to as "each of the instant real estate"), which is part of the general sale of the instant apartment, the registration of preservation of ownership has been made for Defendant Union and Defendant E as co-owners of each of the shares of 1/2

On the other hand, on October 25, 2005, with respect to the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1, 2005 (the seller: the defendant association and H corporation, the buyer: the plaintiff A, the buyer: 260,000,000) and on the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2, on December 8, 2006 (the seller: the defendant association and H corporation, the buyer: the plaintiff B, the buyer: 240,000,000), and on the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 3, April 13, 2002 (the seller: the seller: the defendant association and H corporation: the defendant association, the guarantor: the defendant association, the buyer: the plaintiff C, the purchase price: 127,00,000 won; the plaintiff A shall be KRW 16,000,0000, Oct. 16, 2005; and the plaintiff A shall be KRW 21,700,005.
