Punishment of the crime

From April 29, 2017 to June 30, 2017, the Defendant embezzled KRW 12,402,236, total sales proceeds deducted from service fees, after consignment sale, as shown in the List of Crimes (2) as shown in the attached Table, and embezzled all of the company’s debt repayment, etc. around that time.
