Reasons
The reasoning for the court's explanation of this case is as follows: (a) the witness M of the court of first instance as shown in the plaintiff's argument that the plaintiff has a claim for a loan of KRW 200 million against C is consistent with the plaintiff's argument; and (b) the testimony of the witness M of the court of first instance is identical to the part of the reasoning of the court of first instance except rejection because it is difficult to believe it;
Therefore, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
