Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving vehicles B.

On October 11, 2013, the Defendant driven the above Spati vehicle on October 11, 2015:24, and proceeded at a speed of about 60 km at a speed of about 50 km from the side of the home-distance 515-9, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon.

Since there is an intersection where signal lights are installed, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to reduce speed and prevent accidents by driving safely according to the signals.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was faced with the front part of the vehicle in front of the Switzerland 5-si driving of the victim C (the 49-year-old taxi) who had been driving the intersection normally according to the Mad Green Signals due to the occupational negligence that neglected red signal and entered the intersection as it is, however, failed to meet the red signal.
