Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 23, 2011, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's Netcheon Branch on August 23, 201.

On August 29, 2019, at around 21:00, the Defendant driven a Frane car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.134% at the section of about 1km from the road front of the C cafeteria located in Bosung-gun B to the front of the E community hall located in the same military D.

For the reason of sentencing under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act of the provisional payment order, the defendant's criminal records [the existence and frequency of the same kind of power (time), interval with the previous same kind of power], the nature of the crime in this case, the degree of the defendant's blood alcohol concentration at the time of driving of the crime in this case, the circumstances leading to the control of the crime in this case (the discovery, etc. of the police police's sects), the defendant's reflectivity, health conditions, and family relations, etc. shall be comprehensively considered and determined the same sentence as the order.

It is so decided as per Disposition for the above reasons.
