1. The defendant shall pay to each of the plaintiffs 110,00,000 won and 20% per annum from May 15, 2006 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. On May 15, 2006, the indicated Plaintiffs lent KRW 110,000,000 each to Subdivision Co., Ltd., and on January 10, 2008, the interest was paid at the rate of 20% per annum from May 15, 2006 to Subdivision Co., Ltd., and the Defendant guaranteed the above obligation to the Plaintiffs of Subdivision Co., Ltd. on the same day.
Therefore, the defendant, a joint guarantor, is liable to pay to the plaintiffs interest or delay damages at the rate of 20% per annum from May 15, 2006 to the date of full payment.
