There is no dispute between the parties as to the facts stated in the cause of the claim, and the plaintiff was declared bankrupt and exempted from immunity as Seoul Central District Court No. 2015Hadan4200 and 2015Ma4200, but the defendant's claim against the plaintiff was omitted at the time of immunity. Thus, there is a benefit to confirm that the claim was exempted from immunity through the judgment of this case.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted, and the costs of lawsuit are assessed against each party in consideration of the circumstances of this case.
