Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (AFS) by the Defendant is a person engaging in driving a D Ecuas car.

On April 16, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.128% of blood alcohol level 0:45, and got to turn to the left at a speed of about 40 km from the front side of the F restaurant located in Samsung Apartment at the time of the racing at the speed of about 0 km.

At the time of night and at the center line, there was a cost to separate the center, so there was a duty of care to prevent accidents, such as checking the right and the right and the right of the front and the right and the right of the driver, and checking whether the course is safe.

The Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.128% at the section of about 3 km from the front day of Samsung Carbon Cirrash cafeteria, which is located in the gold-gu, Simndong, to the front day of the stringle in the same city yellow-dong.
