Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 12, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 500,000 by the Gwangju District Court, and on July 12, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of imprisonment for two years and six years and a fine of KRW 4,00,000 by imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Gwangju District Court.

On July 19, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.149% of blood alcohol concentration, driven a 5 kilometer B car from the day before the breabbbbbed in the trade in the north-dong located in Yangyang-dong, Gwangju to the front day of the new village road in the same Dong-dong, Dong-dong 73-7.
