Punishment of the crime

On April 1, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in the Daegu District Court’s sex support on April 1, 2015, and was released on August 14, 2018 and passed on October 30, 2018 during the execution of the sentence.

【Criminal Facts】

1. A thief: (a) around 00:02 on November 7, 2018, at the front parking lot located in Seo-gu Incheon City, Seo-gu, Incheon, “(State)C”, the Defendant discovered the Ewitter freight (owner: F) at the market price where the victim D sticked his/her key and parked therein; and (b) stolen the said cargo while driving it at the time of the said cargo vehicle.

2. On the same day as the above paragraph (1) of the Road Traffic Act, the Defendant driving the freight vehicle described in paragraph (1) of the above paragraph without obtaining a driver’s license from the front parking lot of the “(C)” to the same city located in G from the same city to the same city, and from the neighboring parking lot of the “H” to the same city.

On December 10, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in the Daegu District Court’s sex support on December 10, 2015, and was released on August 14, 2018 and passed on October 30, 2018 during the execution of the sentence.

【Criminal Facts】

1. A thief: (a) around 11:00 on November 1, 2018, the Defendant: (b) discovered a stief car in the market price, which is the victim’s possession where the victim K was parked at the parking lot, by sticking the key at the victim K at the parking lot; and (c) driven the said vehicle at the time of the trial.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. The Defendant was driving a vehicle listed in Paragraph 1 without obtaining a driver’s license from the date and place specified in Paragraph 1 to the Seoul Station located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul as of 405, to the 175-gu, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, without obtaining a driver’s license.

B. On November 2, 2018, the Defendant did not obtain a driver’s license in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Mando-dong.
