A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

According to the aforementioned division of roles with D, E, F, G, etc., the Defendant violated the Oil Pipeline Safety Control Act due to the installation of a gas station: (a) around December 2014, at each oil station located approximately 200 meters away from the above oil station ( around 48 km from K surface to L surface); (b) by using equipment and tools prepared in advance; and (c) by excavating holes to the oil pipeline owned and managed by the victim; and (d) installed pressure strawings to the oil station; and (c) installed pressures, strings, etc. on the confidential wall at the place of business located below the above oil station.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with D, E, F, G, etc., installed facilities to steal oil on oil pipelines.

2. According to the aforementioned division of roles with D, E, F, G, H, etc., the Defendant violated the Oil Pipeline Safety Control Act due to the theft of oil using oil facilities, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, by taking the oil inside the oil pipelines away from around April 9, 2015 to November 26, 2015 using the facilities installed as above in paragraph 1 at the same place as above.
