1. The defendant is about the land size of 2,678 square meters for the plaintiff (designated parties) and the designated parties with respect to the land size of 2,678 square meters.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. As to the forest land entered in the text of this case (hereinafter referred to as “the forest land in this case”), the registration of ownership transfer was completed on the ground of “trade on October 29, 1940” in the name of No. 4 on November 1, 1940.
B. The deceased E (E) died on April 5, 1994, hereinafter referred to as “E”) had the deceased’s children (the deceased on December 23, 2017; hereinafter referred to as “A”).
