1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from October 23, 2019 to the date of full payment.

According to Article 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act, the Plaintiff is recognized to have lent to the Defendant a total of KRW 26.2 million on August 26, 2016, KRW 50 million on September 1, 2016, KRW 50 million on the due date, until March 31, 2017, and without fixing interest.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 50 million won of the above borrowed money and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from October 23, 2019 to the day of complete payment as requested by the plaintiff, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, to the day of complete payment.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
