1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a stock company established for the purpose of paying claims, such as deposits, collecting claims such as loans, and efficiently conducting the liquidation of insolvent financial institutions under Article 36-5 of the Depositor Protection Act.

2) E (the name “F” before the opening of a name was approved on February 26, 1987 and the report was completed on March 3, 1987) is a person who completed the registration of transfer of ownership on the ground of donation with respect to G forest 5,421 square meters on December 11, 1980 in Jeju-si, and the registration of transfer of ownership on the ground of H forest 1,884 square meters on May 8, 1985 in Jeju-si, with respect to H forest 1,884 square meters.

3) The Defendants are creditors of provisional attachment, based on each provisional attachment order with E as indicated below, who completed the registration of provisional attachment (hereinafter referred to as the “provisional attachment of this case”) with respect to G forest 5,421 square meters and H forest 1,884 square meters in Jeju-si, Jeju-si, on the basis of the provisional attachment order with E as indicated in the table below.

On June 23, 1995, 1 Jeju District Court Decision 95 Ma278 Ma260,000 dated June 23, 1995, Defendant B E 80,000 on June 30, 1995, and Jeju District Court Decision 95 Ma30,000,000 on June 30, 1995, and 300,000,000 on June 30, 1995, and 260 Ma260,000 on September 25, 200, 200 Ka260,000 Ma260,000,000 on September 27, 200, 196 Ma28 m21,00,000 on the above G land, each of which was registered as the owner of the right on the land.

B. On February 11, 2016, the land of this case was 1065.5 square meters of forest land upon completion of the cadastral reexamination (hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant land”). B. E’s death and renunciation of inheritance of K’s mother on June 4, 1998.
