The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below is just to have found the defendant guilty of fraud among the facts charged in this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and there is no error of law of logic and experience and free evaluation of evidence, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

The argument that the court below erred in the misapprehension of legal principles as to the fabrication of private documents and the uttering of private documents is not a legitimate ground for appeal, as it is alleged in the ground of appeal that the defendant did not consider it as the ground for appeal or that the court below did not consider it as an object

Furthermore, even if ex officio examination is conducted, there is no error in the judgment below as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
