1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) leave from each real estate listed in the separate sheet;

(b) 3,000,000 won and its interest;

Description of Claim

The Plaintiff is a lessor of a lease agreement entered into with the Defendant regarding each real estate listed in the separate sheet, and the above lease agreement is terminated on the grounds of the Defendant’s delinquency in rent. However, the Plaintiff seek against the Defendant for payment of unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent from the above real estate and the unpaid rent and the rent from the date of completion of the withdrawal.
