1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 51,600,000 to the Plaintiff and KRW 15% per annum from March 18, 2016 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. The Plaintiff, as the owner of Tong Young-ri, agreed to receive KRW 500,000 per day (excluding value-added tax) from the Defendant from October 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015, to receive KRW 10,000 per month from January 1, 2016.
B. Accordingly, the Plaintiff asserts that the Defendant paid only KRW 10,600,000 among the total charterage 61,60,000 from October 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015 (excluding each value-added tax), and that the Defendant did not pay the remainder of KRW 51,60,000,00 for 92 days from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015.
