Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 24, 2014, at around 10:25, the Defendant assaulted the victim E, a state public official (class 6), who is in charge of providing information and support to the customers who find post offices in front of the D Post offices located in Busan So-gu, Busan, on the basis of a large interest, such as “Ig, frien, fribly, fribly, frien, and fribly,” and “Ige as you can see stick.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning customer support by the head of the post office.
