1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff’s commercial right contract and sub-lease contract 1) D is the Plaintiff’s father’s office, part of the office and the senior director of the office of the building on the ground of the land owned by the Defendant B from the Plaintiff’s father to the Plaintiff’s father, Young-gu E (hereinafter “the senior director of the instant case”).
A) Around June 15, 2010, Defendant C (around June 15, 2010) leased the Plaintiff. Around August 29, 2012, Defendant C (around August 2012, 200, the Plaintiff entered into a commercial right agreement with Defendant C to acquire KRW 50 million (hereinafter “instant commercial right agreement”) the Plaintiff’s goodwill and facilities, etc. from Defendant C, and paid KRW 10 million (hereinafter “instant commercial right agreement”) on the same day as the said premium, and KRW 40 million to Defendant C on August 6, 2012.
3) On July 14, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a sub-lease agreement with Defendant B, with respect to the instant sub-lease of KRW 10 million, monthly rent of KRW 2 million, and the sublease period from August 6, 2012 to 24 months (hereinafter “sub-lease agreement”).
A) Around that time, D paid KRW 10 million to D. After that time, from August 6, 2012, the Plaintiff operated the instant Deputy Director from around August 6, 2012. (b) On February 17, 2012, the implementation location of the river work on February 17, 2012 (i.e., the implementation plan for the river work), which is for non-management agency (hereinafter “the instant river work”)’s implementation plan for the river work on February 17, 2012 to December 31, 2013, the Plaintiff announced the implementation plan for the river work (hereinafter “the instant river work”). The land and obstacles to be expropriated or used were owned by Defendant B, and the land and obstacles adjacent to the instant Deputy Director, which are 55 square meters in size and 270 square meters in H large 1,586 square meters in size.
2. The Korea Land and Housing Corporation, a project implementer of the instant river work, shall publicly announce a compensation plan for land, goods, etc. included in the instant river work project on September 27, 2013, and at that time the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff around that time.
