A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 21, 2012, at around 22:10, the Defendant driven a Cysta car with a blood alcohol content of 0.139%, and proceeds from the operation of the Cysta car at 0.139% away from the 5th parallel of the Honam-dong in Gwangju Mine-dong to 3rd Hanam Industrial Complex. While under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was negligent in performing his duty of care to prevent accidents by driving safely without looking at the front line and driving safely, thereby neglecting his duty of care to prevent accidents, and caused the victim D (38 years old) who was waiting for the signal at the front line of the Defendant’s car to go back to the front line of the Defendant’s car (54 years old), and caused the said Kasta car to go back to the victim F(54 years old) driving in front of that vehicle.

The defendant continued to drive the above vehicle and received one street tree in the park park and the management of the park in the Mine Office established on the right side of the above road.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim D such as climatic salt in need of approximately two weeks of treatment, injury on the climatic salt, tensions, etc. to the victim F, and injury to the victim H (25 years of age) who was aboard the above rocketing cab in need of approximately two weeks of treatment, and damaged the climatic salt, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of treatment, and damaged the said climatic car in excess of KRW 2,967,356 of the repairing cost to the extent that the said clith cab is equivalent to KRW 1,107,816 of the repair cost, and that the said clith cab is equivalent to KRW 550,00 of the replacement cost of the clith cab.

Nevertheless, the Defendant immediately stopped and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as aiding the victim.
