1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;
2.Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A person who arranged and recommended the employment of a foreigner who does not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment mediation for an unqualified foreigner as a business has received a proposal from C to offer KRW 3 million to a foreign woman to work at a domestic marina business establishment or a sexual traffic business establishment, and accepted the proposal from C.
C so far, while staying in the Thailand, has recruited a female to work in the Republic of Korea.
D) receive information on domestic businesses that employ them from D, and notify them again to the Defendant, and the Defendant, as notified by C, conspired in order to arrange employment by giving them to designated marina business establishments or commercial sex business establishments.
Accordingly, around December 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received contact with C; (b) provided that one female her husband, who was a son with no status of sojourn that D was recruited, could not know that D had a job seeking in the Republic of Korea; and (c) provided employment to “F Mors” located in Kim Jong-si operated by C; (d) in collusion with D and C until February 6, 2018, the Defendant arranged the employment of the female her mother who had no status of sojourn eligible for job seeking in the Republic of Korea in collusion with D and C, as shown in the attached Table, on 12 occasions until February 6, 2018.
2. The Defendant in collusion with C, from July 2017 to February 12, 2018, shall be equipped with four rooms, closed circuit television (CCTV) for the purpose of preparing for the shower and control, etc. at a sexual traffic business establishment in which the name located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City is unknown, and employ approximately 3 to 4 women who are the solar countries with which the name is unknown, to allow them to act of similarity by using part of the body with many male customers, and money of KRW 70,00 to 110,00 per time from the said customers depending on the type of money determined in return.
