A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a benz car.

On June 20, 2019, at around 05:29, the Defendant driven the said vehicle while driving the said vehicle at a speed of 0.223% with a alcohol level of 0.23%, and entered the F apartment to secure the course of the said vehicle while driving the two-laned road in front of the Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon along two-lanes from D high to E University. On the other hand, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at an irregular speed to secure the course of the vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by occupational negligence, suffered injury to the victim G, such as salt, tensions, etc., in need of approximately three weeks of medical treatment, and injury to the victim I (the victim I (the 26-year-old age), who is the passenger of the victimized vehicle, for about three weeks of medical treatment.
