A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a B franchise;

2. On August 1, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) at around 22:50 on August 1, 202, the blood alcohol concentration of approximately 2 km from the J of Pakistan to the E sales outlet located in K of Pakistan.
