A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

The police officer interfered with the performance of duties of D and E, which is a public official of police, by threatening the police officer to threaten the patrol (F) that the police officer was on board and preventing the police officer from getting out of the patrol (F).

The extent of interference with the execution of public duties is not minor, and the defendant was punished by a fine due to the obstruction of the performance of public duties in 2013, and the suspension of the execution of imprisonment is sentenced on condition that the community service order is imposed.
