1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) Plaintiff E and K Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “K”)

B) On July 23, 2014, the land listed in paragraph 1 of the attached Table owned by the company as of July 23, 2014 (hereinafter “instant land”).

(2) A building listed in Paragraph (2) of the same list newly constructed on the market (hereinafter “instant building”).

(2) With respect to subparagraph 303 and 502 of the lease contract, a lease contract is made with the content that the deposit amount of KRW 150,000,000, and the lease period of KRW 24 months from November 21, 2014, and the monthly rent shall not be deemed to exist. The Plaintiff E obtained a fixed date on November 21, 2014, and completed a move-in report between Plaintiff F and K as of July 23, 2014, with respect to subparagraph 301 of the building of this case as of July 23, 2014, with the content that the lease deposit of KRW 150,000,000 for the lease period of KRW 24 months from November 21, 2014, and that there is no monthly rent as of November 24, 2014.

F Thereafter, on November 21, 2014, after obtaining the fixed date for the above contract, the F has completed the move-in report with the "Tgu L" as its domicile on the same day.

3) On October 11, 2014, with respect to subparagraph 203 of the building of this case between Plaintiff D and K, a lease contract is drafted between September 30, 2014 and September 2, 2016, stating that the lease deposit of KRW 30,00,000, and the lease term of KRW 30,000 and September 2, 2016, and that there is no monthly rent. Plaintiff D obtained a fixed date for the said contract on December 15, 2014, and completed the move-in report by having the “Tgu Nam-gu L” as the domicile of Plaintiff A and M on the same day, with respect to subparagraph 201 of the building of this case as of November 11, 2014.

Plaintiff

A has completed a move-in report with the fixed date for the above contract on the same day, and "Tgu L" as his/her domicile.

5 As between Plaintiff C, B and M, this shall be deemed May 12, 2015.
