A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 17, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 5 million for a fine of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the credit branch of Suwon District Court on October 17, 2008. On June 30, 2016, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 4 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).

2. On March 28, 2019, the Defendant driven C SP car while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.063% of alcohol alcohol concentration at a section of approximately 500 meters near the 500-meter road near the Jincheon-gun B Sports Park.
