Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 18, 2015, at around 03:35, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle from around 30 meters to the front road of the apartment, and the Defendant driven a motor vehicle of so-called so-called “Woon” without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 104 meters to around 03:40 on the rear side of the green apartment in the Han River in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon.
