Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, without reporting to the head of the competent Gu from October 2, 2009 to April 22, 2015, provided the guest room with 5,000,000 won of the average monthly income of 50,000 won by providing the guest room with 3,00,000 square meters of the “Cridge” (area 165,00 square meters) operated by the Defendant in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City (area 165,00 square meters) and operating the lodging business.
