Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a "C singing practice room" in Nam-gu B at the port of port.

Any karaoke machine business operator shall be prohibited from selling or providing alcoholic beverages to his/her obligations.

Nevertheless, at around 20:00 on February 23, 2019, the Defendant sold alcoholic beverages of KRW 12,48,000 to two male customers in the above singing practice room five rooms.
