1. The Defendant’s KRW 203,00,000 as well as 12% per annum from May 4, 2017 to September 4, 2017 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff received a proposal that 1.5% interest per month may be paid if he/she lends KRW 300 million to the Defendant from Chocar, and the same month as of September 2, 2013.

3. To transfer money from each account under the name of the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff’s family D, and E to the account of a national bank in the name of the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff’s family D, and C, and transfer it to the Defendant again by C, a total of KRW 300 million to the Defendant.

From October 2, 2013 to September 3, 2014, the Defendant remitted 4.5 million won equivalent to 1.5% of the leased principal to the Plaintiff’s national bank account and repaid interest.

C. Around September 2014, the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed to reduce the interest from 1.5% to 1.2% per month, and the Defendant, from October 2, 2014 to January 5, 2016, remitted KRW 3.6 million, which is 1.2% of the leased principal, to the Plaintiff’s bank account in the name of the Plaintiff.

On January 5, 2016, the Defendant remitted KRW 100 million to the national bank account in the name of the Plaintiff, and repaid KRW 100 million out of the principal of the first loan, and the same year.

2. From May 1, 2016 to April 11, 2016, 2.4 million won equivalent to 1.2% of the remaining principal amount was deposited in the Plaintiff’s bank account.

E. The Defendant is the Plaintiff’s Lannan interest and C’s parent-child account; KRW 20 million on February 11, 2016; KRW 80 million on February 23, 2016; and the same year.

6.7. The remitter to the Plaintiff’s account was the Defendant and remitted each of KRW 2.4 million.

G. On June 7, 2016, the Plaintiff received a request from the Defendant for additional loan of KRW 100 million under the same conditions, and “second loan” refers to a “second loan” of KRW 100 million to the Defendant’s name bank account.
