Punishment of the crime

On June 15, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daejeon District Court on May 9, 2012, as well as a fine of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daegu District Court on March 26, 2014. On March 26, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a period of eight months.

【Criminal Facts】

On March 23, 2019, around 19:48, the Defendant driven a E-high-est car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.102% at the section of about 1k from the Heung-gu Seoul Metropolitan City to the front of the Dmatet located in the same Gu C.

Accordingly, the Defendant, who violated the provision on prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol in violation of the same provision.

On May 9, 2012, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Daegu District Court on May 9, 2012, and on March 26, 2014, he/she was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for up to 8 months and suspension of execution for the same crime, etc.

Around 23:50 on May 4, 2019, the Defendant driven a E-high-est car at approximately 2 km from G cafeteria located in Cheongju-gu F to H village while under the influence of alcohol at 0.092% of alcohol level.
