Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On July 9, 2018, at around 00:0, the Defendant attempted to throw away a stone on the ground where the victim was parked in the area due to the reason that it is not good to appraise the victim C(74 years of age) and the problem of parking in front of the Busan Jin-gu, Busan, but failed to commit an attempted crime because the said vehicle was not damaged.
